FAQs: Everything existing 2021 ticket holders need to know

The Repco Supercars Championship has released its revised 2021 calendar, including new dates for the Repco Bathurst 1000, and the Beaurepaires Sydney SuperSprint.

In a big win for fans, the season will still finish with the spectacular Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 on the streets of Surfers Paradise over the December 3-5 weekend.

Among the changes will be a later date for the Repco Bathurst 1000, which will now be held over November 4-7.

The Beaurepaires Sydney SuperSprint has been rescheduled to November 19-21.

Supercars has announced due to the COVID border closures and lockdowns across the country, the Bunnings Trade Perth SuperNight has been cancelled.

Supercars understands that these changes will impact many, but hope the community understands that the public health and safety for our patrons must take priority at this time.

Tickets purchased for the original date for both the Repco Bathurst 1000 and the Beaurepaires Sydney SuperSprint will be valid for the rescheduled event; existing ticket holders will be contacted with further details.

Repco Bathurst 1000: 4-7 November 2021.

What happens to my tickets?

All tickets (including Trackside, Grandstand, GA, Camping and Parking) purchased for the original dates will be valid for the new dates, November 4-7.

What if I can’t attend the new dates?

Fans wishing to roll over camp sites to 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email [email protected].

Ticket holders wishing to roll over Grandstand tickets to 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email [email protected] with your Ticketek Customer number and confirmation.

If you need to update your credit card details, you can do this at the same time as requesting a refund here.

If you purchased tickets from an Agency using cash or EFTPOS will receive a full refund to a bank account. Please visit the Ticketek website to provide your bank accounts details here.

Please allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets and vehicle stickers will be dispatched from 30 September 2021.

What happens to my tickets?

All tickets purchased for the original dates will be valid for the new dates, November 19-21.

If you are unable to attend the new date, you can request a refund here to be directed to the Ticketek website.

All rounds will be brought to you live on Fox Sports and be streamed on Kayo, with the Bathurst, Sydney Motorsport Park and Gold Coast rounds being broadcast across the Seven Network.

Supercars teams will now begin preparations for a return to racing at the Winton SuperSprint on October 2-3. Ticketing information will be available soon.
