Formula 1 figure Guenther Steiner will get a taste of Supercars alongside James Courtney at the upcoming Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival.

Steiner, most recently the Haas F1 Team Principal, will ride shotgun in a Blanchard Racing Team Ford Mustang Gen3 Supercar on Saturday 16 March.

Also previously of the Jaguar and Red Bull teams, Steiner has become a household name thanks to his personality on the F1 Netflix series, Drive to Survive.

Steiner's laps with Courtney, at the Adelaide Street Circuit, will reunite the former team boss with the 2010 Supercars champion, who tested with Jaguar in the early 2000s.

Bottas, now racing for Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, shared the circuit with seven-time Bathurst winner and Supercars Hall of Famer, Craig Lowndes.

The Finnish star will return to Adelaide, alongside Kiwi star Liam Lawson, 1996 F1 world champion Damon Hill, and commentator David Croft.

The Festival will be held the week prior to the Rolex Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, where the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship resumes on March 21-24.

Supercars returns to Adelaide for the 2024 season finale on November 14-17.
