Anton De Pasquale has been disqualified from the Race 32 results at the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.

De Pasquale was classified 10th in the Sunday race, which was won by Shane van Gisbergen.

The Shell V-Power Racing Team driver was found to have breached minimum tyre pressure regulations.

The #11 Ford was excluded from the race results, with Shell V-Power Racing Team losing the 78 points he initially scored with 10th.

Red Bull Ampol Racing clinched the 2022 teams' championship on Sunday, and still had enough points to win the title prior to De Pasquale's disqualification.

The stewards' report reads:

After the Race and following admission by Racing Team (Aust) Pty Ltd that during a Pit Stop for Car 11, the incoming rear left tyre on the Car was below the minimum pressure of 17psi when fitted, the Stewards imposed the recommended minimum penalty of disqualification from Race 32 on Car 11, Anton De Pasquale.

De Pasquale dropped behind Shell V-Power Racing Team teammate Will Davison in the standings.

Davison finished third behind Shane van Gisbergen and Chaz Mostert in Race 32.

Mostert arrived on Sunday with a slender two-point margin over De Pasquale for third place.

That margin has blown out to 140 points heading to Adelaide, with Davison 118 points behind Mostert.

The De Pasquale disqualification promotes Tim Slade to 10th in the race results, with Will Brown and Scott Pye 11th and 12th.

Brown and Pye picked up late time penalties; Pye was hit with a 15-second time penalty after he was found to have breached Safety Car restart rules.

Pye was then turned at the final corner by Brown, with a concertina forming ahead.

Brown was handed a 15-second penalty for a driving infringement.

Erebus Motorsport lodged an intent to appeal the Brown penalty, which was later withdrawn.
