The Repco Supercars Championship has today announced a new official uniform partnership with high performance clothing brand, Stormtech Australia.

Stormtech joins an impressive stable of corporate brands to announce a new association with Supercars in 2021, further strengthening Supercars’ position as the best touring car category in the world.

As the official uniform partner, Stormtech Australia will be fitting out the 100-person plus strong Supercars group of employees and contractors for all events.

Supercars CEO, Sean Seamer said the new uniform partnership is great news for the category.

“We perform in every possible weather condition in every state of Australia, plus New Zealand, so we need outerwear that tackles these diverse climates with ease,” Seamer said.

“With over 40 years of experience in developing premium, technical and functional outerwear, Stormtech was the ideal partner.”

“Partnering with Supercars is a natural fit and one of which we are very excited about” said Allan Murray, Managing Director for Stormtech Australia.

“The elite, high performance nature of the sport, is a perfect match for the quality of our premium, highly technical product.

“This new team partnership is proving to be a winning combination with other aligned partners and motorsport crews who are now sampling the range for their own teams.

“For now, its the corporate team with the competitive advantage in this field and they couldn’t be happier, or more comfortable.”

The Repco Supercars Championship field will return to Symmons Plains next month for the Beaurepaires Tasmania SuperSprint.

The event will be broadcast live on Foxtel and will be streamed on Kayo.
