New sponsor, livery for Courtney Ford

Tickford Racing has secured new naming rights for James Courtney's appearances in Perth and Winton.

Courtney’s #5 Tickford Mustang will carry backing from Australian caravan group Snowy River Caravans.

Snowy River Caravans branding adorns the sides, bonnet and roof of the car, which is complete in a black, teal and white colour scheme.

It is Courtney’s third livery in four rounds in 2022.

The 2010 champion ran with Opposite Lock branding in Sydney and Tasmania, with FLEX joining the team in Melbourne.

Snowy River Caravans recently won the 'Best Value For Money' title at the MSA Caravan of the Year awards.

Courtney, who is 14th in the championship, welcomed the brand to Tickford.

"Perth is one of our longest road trips of the season, so it’s fantastic to have Snowy River Caravans along for the ride," Courtney said.

“It’s going to be a very exciting weekend for the championship, racing under the lights again in WA, and we’re excited to have the team at Snowy River on board.

"We had some really good speed at the Grand Prix a few weeks ago, but we didn’t convert that into the results we deserved, so we’re very motivated to make the most of this weekend."

The new partnership coincides with Snowy River Caravans' new marque dealership, which will open in Perth.
