More to come today at Club 600

Club 600 officially kicked off today to get the party started at the Castrol EDGE Gold Coast 600, but today's party is not over just yet.

Race goers have enjoyed the only full-strength bar that's trackside at the event, as well as the array of unique destinations on offer at the Las Vegas style day club, including the Podium Bar, the mechanical bull and the Hookah Lounge.

Later today at 5pm, Emily Scott will take to the Club 600 stage and play her headlining set to crank up the V8 Supercars party, while the 24 beauties competing for the 2014 Miss V8 Supercars crown will strut down the catwalk for their Swimwear competition.

A ticket to the Castrol Edge Gold Coast 600 grants party-goers complimentary VIP access to Club 600.

Then, see the main straight of the Gold Coast street circuit light up when some of Australia's fastest and powerful cars take to the track at the Sea FM Friday Night Drags.

Drag racing's top drivers will showcase the incredible horsepower of the machinery and their skills in a range of Top Fuel Dragsters, Nitro Funny Cars, Doorslammers and Factory Xtreme cars from 5.30 pm.
