Broc Feeney takes all-star cast on a ride of a lifetime at Norwell Motorplex
Brisbane Broncos 2025 premiership players and coach Michael Maguire all in attendance
Metalcore band Parkway Drive also put to the test
Broc Feeney has taken Michael Maguire, several Broncos stars and members of Aussie band Parkway Drive for a hands-on skills session well outside their usual remits.
The group were guests of Paul Morris at Norwell Motorplex and put through their paces with the wet skid pan and simulated racing.
Brisbane Broncos were represented by leaders Adam Reynolds, Pat Carrigan, Ben Hunt, Kotoni Staggs and Jesse Arthars, along with coach Michael Maguire and team staff.
Parkway Drive, Aussie metalcore band, swapped their seat on tour busses for the hot seat on the racetrack.

Feeney was glowing about the opportunity to teach some of his idols racing and advance driving technique.
"I've been a big fan of the Broncs for a long time. It's been an awesome to bring those guys to Norwell today and show the a bit of what we do and for them to experience it as well... we had some of the best (NRL) players in Australia here and Parkway Drive as well. For them to experience it and to cut some laps is pretty awesome.
"A lot of the boys want to come back and do some one-on-one coaching to improve their driving."

Broc also hinted at a knowledge-sharing partnership between Triple 8 and the Brisbane Broncos.
"I really want to go to the Broncs' facility and watch them train and get a broader aspect on how they go about their business. They've got a big interest at coming to Triple Eight and seeing how we operate and visa versa."
"They're at the top of their game, they won a premiership this year and obviously we had a very good season as well... two teams at the top of their game, you can always learn so much. We'll learn a lot from seeing what they do and hopefully they can learn a lot from us as well," said Feeney.

The Red Bull Ampol racing star says he is loving life, despite still-fresh wounds from the heart breaking end to his record-breaking Jim Richards Medal season.
"I'm loving life. I've just been laying low, growing a beard and trying to stay indoors," he said.
