The Repco Supercars Championship will this week make history, racing in the South Island in New Zealand at Ruapuna Raceway in Christchurch, the second leg of the Jason Richards Memorial Trophy and the inaugural ITM New Zealand Double Header. Here's everything you need to know about the ITM Christchurch Super 440.
1. Track schedule and an additional race (Race 10) on Friday

Christchurch will have racing across Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday's Race 10 kicks off the event weekend, having been rescheduled from Sunday 12th April in Taupō due to the extreme weather conditions caused by Cyclone Vaianu.
Supercars will have one Practice session, one Qualifying session (Race 10) and Race 10 on Friday; two Qualifying sessions & Races 11 & 12 on Saturday, with Qualifying (Race 13), a Top Ten Shootout and Race 13 capping off the weekend on Sunday.
There is also plenty of racing from our support categories, with Summerset GT New Zealand Championship, NZ Fomula Ford and Historic Touring Cars NZ appearing throughout the weekend.
2. Supercars Fanfare Event on Thursday 16th April

Join us in welcoming Supercars to Christchurch for a Fanfare event on Thursday 16th April, from 4pm to 6pm at Ōtākaro Avon River & The Green (outside Te Pae Convention Centre, Christchurch City).
Watch drivers arrive in a waka along the Ōtākaro Avon River, followed by a Mihi Whakatau welcome. Line the riverbanks to catch the action.
Then all drivers will be present Te Pae Green for a signing session from 5pm to 5:50pm, including displays of support vehicles, a live DJ, MC and exclusive giveaways.
3. Signing sessions

Meet your favourite drivers, snag an autograph and even a selfie at a variety of Supercars signing sessions throughout race week:
Thursday 16th April from 5:00pm to 5:50pm, Supercars Fanfare event (Te Pae Green);
Saturday 18th April from 8:35am to 9:05am, Merchandise Alley
4. Driver's Parade

Ahead of the final 200km race of the weekend on Sunday, there will be a driver's parade. All 24 drivers will be paraded around at 10:30am on Sunday morning, just an hour before the final Boost Mobile Qualifying session of the weekend.

6. Christchurch Casino: official entertainment partner of the ITM Christchurch Super 440

As the Official Entertainment Partner of Supercars Christchurch, we're bringing the Cas energy trackside with on-track activations and a free bus service to bring you straight back to the after-party.
All weekend long we have hourly prize draws back at the Cas, as well as icy cold beers and cheap as food. We’re your home of entertainment.
7. Parking Information & Traffic restrictions

There is free parking in the Northern Carpark at Ruapuna Raceway, however this is limited and will be allocated on a first in first served basis.
Overflows will need to head to the Canterbury Agricultural Park and take the free shuttle service to the event or ticket holders can purchase a shuttle service to and from the city.
The is a Park and Ride Shuttle Service, which is located at the Canterbury Agricultural Park - 102 Curletts Road, Sockburn, Christchurch. Park your car in the dedicated car park and catch the bus for quick access into the event venue. The Park and Ride will operate all day from 30min prior to gates opening, to 6:30 PM each night.
Premium parking has SOLD OUT. For those that have booked Premium Parking, you will need to enter the venue at Gate B which is located between Turns 10 and 11, providing them with quick access to the heart of the venue.
Accessible parking will be located in the Premium Carpark. NOTE: There are limited spots, overflow will need to go to the Canterbury Agricultural Park and catch the Park and Ride Shuttle Service (this service is accessible-friendly).
