About the Role
As Supercars is in the beginning stages of its Digital Transformation project, we are looking for an out of the box thinker that can help bring our digital experience to the next level for our fans. Digital Experience Manager will play a pivotal role by leading the growth and scale of our UX function.
The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our digital website and app properties. The Digital Experience Manager will work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages performance standards, expectations and goals to ensure objectives align with Supercars strategic plan and digital strategies
· Works closely with the IT Team to ensure all systems are correctly functioning and supported
· Plans and manages the execution of UX & functional changes by developing product/feature launch strategy with all stakeholders
· Ensures website and app are correctly managed/updated on daily basis so sports fan are provided real-time relevant information.
· Collaborates and assists in the development of marketing, advertising and educational efforts related to the Digital Channel
· Responsible for the management of SEO to ensure Supercars is positioned correctly externally.
· Management of onsite video and editorial content placement
· Responsible for journey mapping framework
· Monitors and reports on website performance
· Incorporates new and innovative technologies, solutions and best practices
· Ensures user experience for Digital Channel is consistent and fan friendly
· Monitors and manages channel metrics and all feedback to align digital efforts with goals of the organization
· Ensures UX, functionality and overall experience are optimized to meet fan demands
· Maintains an understanding of emerging industry experience and technology trends, leveraging knowledge to guide the execution of Digital strategies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 6+ years of web/app product management
· Significant experience in leading cross-functional projects and delivery partner efforts to achieve program objectives
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills — you use data and metrics to back up assumptions, test hypotheses, and evaluate results
· Ability to balance the ideal operational state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals
· Prior experience with web analytics, SEO and A|B testing
· Demonstrates technical acumen, with broad knowledge of technical trends and new solutions
· Proven experience in building and managing stakeholder and team member relationships at all levels
· Highly organised with effective project and time management skills
· Process driven with strong attention to detail
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong management skills with a professional attitude
· Possess thorough knowledge of online, mobile and all other Digital services, iOS, Android and other mobile & online software applications
· Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction

PRIMARY PURPOSE
· Manage existing partnership relationships.
· Ensure that deliverables are executed in an effective and timely manner.
· Renew partnerships with existing sponsors.
· Develop and look for opportunities to upsell sell digital and marketing offerings.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage several key Championship and Event partnership accounts to ensure all
contracted partnership arrangements are delivered and reported on.
· Develop strong relationships with all sponsors and event stakeholders to ensure sponsor objectives and contracted deliverables can be achieved.
· Prepare and manage post-event reports across the Partnership portfolio.
· Preparing and present partnership proposals to existing partnership clients to drive the renewal and/or upgrade of existing partnerships. · Reporting regularly to the Head of Client Services on management of sponsors and the delivery of sponsor KPIs.
· Collaborate with the Digital Department to identify new digital opportunities across all partnerships, managing the roll out of digital assets and establishing the process for reporting on digital KPIs.
· Identifying new opportunities within the Supercars Events and working with the sponsors to provide added value to their partnerships.
· Assist with management of Physical and Virtual signage deliverables for Partners including artwork approvals and maintaining signage asset lists. Also assisting with pulling together signage packages for the Sales team.
· Preparation of draft partnership contracts for approval/finalisation/amendment by the Legal Team.
· Assist the Corporate Hospitality team and Events team implement and manage the various detailed partnership benefits at our Events.
· Managing Championship/ Event partnership logo use and any other contracted or non-contracted deliverables from time to time.
· Working with the Head of Client Services/Partnerships Managers/Partnership Executives to ensure event delivery (course car rides, grid walks, etc).
· Coordinating other requirements such as trophies, podium champagne, event schedules, Big Screens TVC’s/Interviews and photo briefing documents for each event.
· All other duties that assist in the smooth running of the department and the business.
· Note that this role requires extensive interstate travel, along with weekend and evening work.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Professional experience
· Relevant tertiary qualifications
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience
· Previous experience in a sales & partnerships/sponsorships and/or sporting
environment (desirable)
· Sound understanding of the digital landscape and delivery of digital assets
· Experience in managing event activations

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

· eDM content development for events, Students on Track and Supercars Membership
Fan Engagement Activations/Promotions/Deliverables
· Development and creation of local area promotions, competitions and fan engagement activations in each market to promote the event and Supercars brand
· Building key relationships in the event markets to drive value and exposure for the event
· Budget management
· Managing Supercars marketing commitments and deliverables for Government including:
o Marketing Plans
o Exit Reports
o Ancillaries Activities Plans

Management of Supercars Initiatives
· Supercars Membership (Comms/fulfillment and members tours at track).

KEY REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS):
· Marketing qualifications to degree level preferred. Industry experience preferable
· Detail oriented, organised with good time management
· Ability to build strong relationships
· A team player who can motivate and enthuse others
· Efficient in Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Experienced in Photoshop, HTML and using a Content Management System · Proficient in using online tools for website reporting

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute marketing activities to
support and promote Supercars promoted events as part of the Repco Supercars
Championship. As Event Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with local area
stakeholders to maximise the exposure of Supercars events in the community and
deliver engaging activities with a results driven mindset. An enthusiastic all-rounder,
the right candidate will be a team player, take initiative and be willing to provide on
the ground support across business departments across the duration of an event.
REPORTING OF THE ROLE:
This role reports to the Event Marketing Manager
KEY STAKEHOLDERS:
The right person for the role must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills to achieve results and desired outcomes from the following key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organise and execute on-ground event activations and fan engagement activity
• Create and implement fan engagement opportunities for the events
• Develop local area marketing plans for events throughout the Championship
calendar
• Initiate and execute promotions in the local markets to drive ticket sales and
compliment the paid media spend
• Provide event reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage event website, social and eDM content development and management
• Management of copywriting and proofing (e.g. Supercars and Ticketek websites,
Official Program)
• Management of ancillary community groups (Supercars Members, Official Charities)
• Marketing support for Dunlop Super2 Series
• Monitor and execute government contract marketing deliverables
• Stakeholder liaison
KEY REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS):
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

PRIMARY PURPOSE
· Coordinate the requirements for the Partnerships Team which includes administration, reporting,
presentations and other general duties which support the achievement of partnership
deliverables.
· Manage a small portfolio of clients throughout the Championship
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Anticipate the needs of the Partnerships team and meet deadlines as required.
· Prepare and manage post-event reports across the Partnerships portfolio.
· Manage a small portfolio of clients to ensure all contracted partnership arrangements are
delivered and reported on.
· Develop strong relationships with all sponsors and event stakeholders to ensure sponsor
objectives and contracted deliverables can be achieved.

· Report regularly to the Head of Client Services on management of sponsors and the delivery of

collaboration with the Commercial Operations Coordinator

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Professional experience:
· Currently enrolled or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Sport Management,
Marketing, Events, Communications or similar.
· Previous experience in a sales and/or sporting environment (desirable)
· Some office administration experience

· Enthusiasm, confidence and ability to work independently
· A passion for sports – knowledge of Motorsports is a benefit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in building a lasting digital connection with customers by formulating effective strategies
· Work across Paid, Owned and Earned Digital teams within the Supercars Organisation
· Plan and oversee brand’s social media activity (Twitter٫ Facebook٫ and others)
· Increase company and brand awareness through optimized brand advertisements using Google AdWords٫ Facebook٫ Youtube and other platforms.
