Troubleshooting Tips for Live Timing and SuperView

The following guide will help you troubleshoot potential issues with the Supercars subscription based digital products.  

Supercars Live Timing 

The Supercars live timing is included within the Supercars App for subscription purchasers. The App receives a high-speed stream of data in real-time and requires a high-speed and stable internet connection to function correctly. The following tips will help you troubleshoot any potential issues with the App.  

  • Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection before launching the Supercars App. Poor internet connectivity may cause delays or interruptions in live timing updates.

  • Update your devices operating system: The app is designed to run on modern mobile devices, some older devices no longer support some of the technology in the application.

     

  • Update the app: Check if you are using the latest version of the Supercars App. If not, update to the latest version.

  • Restart the App: Sometimes, the App may not receive the stream correctly re-starting the App generally resolves this issue. You may experience a black screen when this happens.

     

  • Restart your device: Restarting your device can help refresh its memory and may resolve issues that could be preventing the Supercars App from updating live timing.

  • Check device compatibility: Ensure that your device is compatible with the Supercars App. Some older devices may not be supported.

  • Try a different device: If all else fails, try accessing the Supercars App on a different device to see if the issue is with your device.

SuperView 

SuperView is a live stream of the Supercars sessions available to customers outside of Australia and New Zealand. This stream is geo-blocked to prevent access in these regions.

  • Check your subscription: Ensure that your SuperView subscription is active and up to date. You can manage this from within your PayPal account.

  • Clear browser cache and data: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve any issues caused in your devices cache.

  • Reset your password: If you've forgotten your SuperView password, use the "forgot password" method to reset it. This will allow you to create a new password and log in to your account.

  • Disable any VPNs: The streaming video will not work over many VPN clients.

Payments and Subscriptions 

  • All payments and subscriptions are managed from with your applicable App store.

  • Payments and subscriptions for SuperView are managed from within your PayPal or Google Account.
