We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to lead our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and optimize our marketing efforts throughout the customer lifecycle. As the Senior CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, managing customer data, and executing personalized campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across our fan base. Your in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, data analytics, and marketing automation will be essential in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
Define customer segments and implement targeted marketing initiatives based on customer behaviour, preferences, and value.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized and timely communications to customers across various touchpoints.
Develop automated customer journeys that nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Oversee the segmentation of customer data to ensure accuracy.
Analyse customer data to gain insights, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies for improved performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer loyalty programs that drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
Develop win-back strategies for inactive or lapsed customers to re-engage them with our products and services.
Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of CRM efforts against established benchmarks.
Work closely with the marketing, digital, and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with the content/marketing team to develop relevant and engaging materials for CRM campaigns.
Stay informed about the latest CRM technologies and recommend enhancements or new tools to improve CRM efficiency.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in CRM marketing to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and data policies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on fan retention and engagement.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Marketo or the like; Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and marketing automation tools.
High level of proficiency in Marketo
Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling to inform CRM strategies.
Excellent understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful CRM marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
