Bathurst Camping

Repco Bathurst 1000, 30 November - 05 December 2021

With the announcement of the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000 extending to an exciting 6-day event, Supercars have announced a special “Campers only” offer for Trackside tickets.

For a limited time, campers will be able to purchase a 6-day Trackside ticket at the 4-day price - a saving of $54 per Adult ticket!

As per the campground rules, all campers – including kids 12 and under - must have a valid Trackside general admission ticket to access their campsite. (Kids 12 and under receive free trackside admission with a paying adult).

Please note, due to the ongoing border restrictions, Supercars will aim to open another purchasing window later in the year.

Details of the special purchasing window are:

When: On sale now until Mon 27 Sep, 11:59pm
What: Purchase a 6-day Trackside ticket at the 4-day price

With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting all aspects of planning a major event, Supercars is working with NSW Health on capacity limits and border restrictions. An accurate indication of the number of campsites to be occupied at this year’s Repco Bathurst 1000 will assist in determining final capacities with NSW Health.

The September 23, 2021 deadline for rollovers was communicated last week to assist with this operational planning and resourcing.

A large number of sites have already been rolled over to the 2022 event and we thank those for making contact. If you have requested a rollover, please disregard this email as your request is being processed.

There are still several hundred campsites connected to overseas accounts and those residing in states and territories which currently have very strict border restrictions. We urge these patrons to request a rollover this week. This will ensure your camping vehicle pass is NOT sent out for Bathurst 2021 and your site secured for 2022.

For those residing in states which may open up to NSW in November (i.e. Victoria) Supercars will extend the rollover window until 11:59pm Monday 1 November, 2021.

After this date, there will be no refunds or rollovers available* however all remaining campsite owners will be offered the first right of refusal for their site in 2022.

We trust this extension assists those residing in states who requested extra time to make a call on their 2021 campsite/s.

* please note, should a NSW Health public order force Supercars to reduce capacity or cancel the event to patrons, Supercars will offer rollovers and refunds beyond the November 1 deadline

What happens to my campsite/s?

Patrons who have already purchased campsite/s for the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000 (and who have not already requested a roll over or refund) will automatically be transferred to the new dates - 30 November to 5 December.

Patrons who have already purchased 4 day Trackside ticket/s, your tickets will be valid for the 6 days including 30 November and 1 December at no extra charge.

Patrons who have not yet purchased their Trackside tickets will be given the opportunity to purchase a 6-day Trackside ticket at the 4-day price. Ticketek will communicate details of a special purchasing window in the coming days.

What if I can’t attend the new dates?

Patrons wishing to roll over camp site/s to the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email

If you would like a campsite or ticket refund, please click here

Please allow up to 20 working days for Ticketek to process the refund. If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, you will need to supply Ticketek with your updated bank details within 3 business days of receiving this email. This can be done at the same time as requesting your refund.

Please note, if you do apply to receive a refund for this year, you will still be offered a first right of refusal for your camp site in 2022. However, your site will be void for this year and not transferable.

Ticket refunds need to be requested prior to the new event date. Patrons should allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear in their account.

I am new to camping or want to purchase additional sites

At this stage, no additional campsites will be placed on sale for the 2021 event. Should this change, we will communicate the details via the Supercars website.
