Vehicle Passes
For those who booked their site prior to October 1, 2021, your vehicle passes have been dispatched and tracking details sent to your email. For those who have already left to travel to Bathurst OR do not receive their pass in the mail, Ticketek does have passes available on site. Please visit the Durham St Box Office with your booking confirmation and/or ID to receive a replacement pass.
If you receive vehicle passes for several camp sites and normally send these on to your fellow campers, we encourage you to keep a hold of these and drop them off at the Durham St Box Office in town where Ticketek staff will be able to hand over to the camper whose name is clearly marked on the envelope.
Patrons who have purchased their site after October 1 OR have been relocated by Supercars, please visit the Durham Street Box Office to obtain a new pass or validate your existing pass.
NOTE – the Durham Street Box Office (located adjacent to the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre in Alan Morse Park) has been introduced this year to assist campers in ensuring they have all the required passes and ticketing before they reach check in for their campsite. With ample parking, we encourage campers to use this location – especially once racing has commenced on Tuesday November 30. The Box Office at Gate 4 will also be operational.

A reminder that ALL campers must show a valid Trackside or Grandstand ticket on entry to your campsite.

Covid-19 Safe Event
Supercars will adhere to the "Reopening NSW" plan released by the NSW Government on 2 November 2021. Mount Panorama Motor-Racing Circuit, incorporating all campgrounds and all other areas within the event precinct, is classified as a Major Recreation Facility. As such, the event will operate under specific COVID-19 Safety mitigations, including a requirement for all attendees to be fully-vaccinated at this year's event. View NSW Roadmap
