Attention Bathurst Campers! 

Due to the ongoing COVID challenges in various states, Supercars has issued a revised 2021 calendar including a new date for Australian motorsport’s most iconic event, the Repco Bathurst 1000.  

The Repco Bathurst 1000 has been rescheduled to 4 – 7 November. Campsites purchased for the original date will be valid for the rescheduled event.  

Supercars is pleased to confirm all eight campgrounds will be open at Mount Panorama for the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000! 

The Paddock, McPhillamy Park, Reid & Sulman, Max Cameron, The Chase, The Orchard, Enduro and The Motorhome will be in operation for another adrenaline-inducing year around Mount Panorama!

What happens to my camping tickets for 2021?  


All Campsite/s confirmed as per your ‘My Ticketek Account’ will be automatically honoured for the rescheduled dates for this year which is 4 – 7 November 2021. Therefore, you will not need to contact Supercars unless you cannot attend these dates.  

If you can no longer attend on the rescheduled dates and you would like a refund, please click here 

Alternatively, Patrons wishing to roll over camp site/s to 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email at your earliest convenience. If you roll over your campsite/s to 2022, your site/s this year will be void and not transferable.  


What happens to my Event tickets?  


All tickets (including Grandstand, GA and Parking) purchased for the original dates 7 – 10 October will be valid for the new dates, 4 – 7 November.  


What if I can’t attend the new dates?

What if I cannot attend the new dates and would like to rollover my 2021 tickets to 2022?  


Please send an email to along with your Ticketek Customer number and confirmation. Please note, if you do apply to receive a refund for this year, you will still be offered a first right of refusal for your camp site in 2022.  However, your site will be void for this year and not transferable.

Have you rolled over your funds from the 2020 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000? 

For those of you who camped at the 2019 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 and renewed your campsite(s) for cancelled camping at the 2020 Bathurst 1000, your campsite purchase has automatically rolled over. 

There is no action required by you. Your same site has been renewed for the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000 (October 7 - 10). Ticketek will email your campsite renewal/s confirmation prior to the General Public Sale (i.e. before June 22, 2021). Once you receive this confirmation email, your campsite number/s will also appear in your My Ticketek account.  

*If you wish to apply for a refund instead of rolling over your renewal to the 2021 event, please email as soon as possible. Refunds will not be available after October 7, 2021. 

What if I chose not to renew my campsite in 2020 or received a refund? 

For those of you who camped in 2019 and either chose not to renew for the 2020 event OR received a refund for your 2020 renewal, you were offered the "first right of refusal" for your campsite/s at the 2021 event via an email from Ticketek sent on Tuesday, April 20.  
The 2021 General Public Sale opens Tuesday 22 June at 2 pm AEST via the Ticketek website.  

I am new to camping or want to purchase additional sites 

If you wish to purchase new or additional sites, you will have the opportunity to do so in the General Public Sale.

Camping Vehicle Stickers

You should expect to receive these in the mail by the beginning of October.  

We ask that you check the postal address in your Ticketek profile as this is where your camping vehicle stickers will be mailed.  

If your postal details are incorrect, you will not receive your campsite vehicle sticker/s. Any updates to your details can be made in the “My Account” section.
