Autograph Signing Sessions

Virgin Australia Supercars Championship

Come along to the Supercars Paddock for the opportunity to meet some of your favourite Supercars drivers and grab an autograph. Free posters will be available for patrons at the designated autograph sessions.

When: Friday 12.25pm - 12.55pm and Sunday 9.00am - 9.30am

Where to find: Rear of team garages in the Supercars Paddock

Paddock Passes will be required to enter the Supercars Paddock.

Dunlop Super2 Series

The drivers of the Dunlop Super2 Series will also be on hand to meet fans at the Watpac Townsville 400. Head along to the designated autograph session and grab a signature from the future Supercars champions! Free posters will be available for patrons.

When: Saturday 11.00am - 11.30am

SuperKids Zone

Check out the new Supercars SuperKids Zone at the 2019 Watpac Townsville 400. Exciting for kids, relaxing for parents. The SuperKids Zone is a fully fenced and secure area designed exclusively for parents and little people to relax, play, and test their racing abilities.

Get active on the Inflatable Race Track, check your speed and reaction skills at the Fast Fan Challenge or test your tyre changing skills on one of our table top fun games.

Please note adult supervision is required at all times.

When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 4pm

Track Chat & Charity Breakfast

In the wake of the recent North Queensland Floods, Supercars is proud to partner with GIVIT as the official charity of the 2019 Watpac Townsville 400. Come support this great cause on Saturday morning with a bite to eat and a chat with some of the Supercars stars.

When: Saturday, 8.15am – 9.00am

Where: Main Stage, under the Watpac SuperTop

Merchandise Alley

Stock up on your favourite Team’s merchandise and Supercars gear. Plus check out some of the stunt team vehicles on display, enjoy a drink at the bars and grab a bite to eat.

Helicopter Rides


Townsville Helicopters will be conducting Joy flights over the race track during race weekend with prices starting at $100 per adult, $75 per child.

Coopers Roll Bar

Take a break from the on-track entertainment at the Coopers Roll Bar, located in the heart of the all the action opposite the Pit Garages. Enjoy the music, catch up with friends and maybe make some new ones.

Hino Sports Deck

The unique Hino Sports Deck at Supercars events is where race-goers can watch the best sporting action from around Australia and the world while keeping up to date with all the race action. The Hino Sports Deck is family-friendly with fuseball, Xbox games and a TV dedicated to children’s’ shows. Come on down to the Hino Sports Deck and spin the wheel for your chance to win some great prizes.

Jim Beam Barrelhouse

The Jim Beam Barrelhouse has everything you need to have an unforgettable weekend! Grab a Jim Beam & Cola and enjoy prime views of the track from the viewing deck, or grab a seat and settle in downstairs in front of their dedicated big screen. You won’t want to go anywhere else, with live DJ’s and plenty of giveaways – the Jim Beam Barrelhouse is the place to be at the Watpac Townsville 400.

Watpac SuperTop

Classic Collection Car Display

During the heat of the day relax in comfort with music, bars, food stalls, seating, tables and shade. A big screen will ensure you won’t miss a moment of the action. On Saturday night, the Watpac SuperTop transforms to a mecca for Aussie rock, with ICEHOUSE and Killing Heidi headlining the entertainment.

Classic Collection Car Display

Bosch Power Tools and Accessories are excited to be attending the Watpac Townsville 400 as the Official Power Tool brand behind the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship! They have a weekend packed full of competitions, giveaways and activations for racing fans of all ages. IRWIN Ultimate Tradie Challenge

IRWIN has teamed up with Bunnings Warehouse to launch the Ultimate Tradie Challenge. The events will be held at Bunnings Warehouse stores and Supercars events in Australia and New Zealand throughout 2019, with the Grand Final winner walking away with a HSV Sportscat valued at over $70,000, IRWIN tools and more! The aim of the game is to accurately complete a series of tasks using IRWIN tools in the fastest time.
