Red Bull Ampol Racing will launch its 2024 livery at an event in Toowoomba, the home of the team’s new full-time driver, Will Brown.

Triple Eight Race Engineering confirmed Tuesday that it will host its 2024 season launch and livery reveal at Toowoomba’s Wellcamp Airport.

The ‘Red Bull Ampol Racing Livery Landing’ event will be held on Saturday February 3 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm AEST.

Triple Eight follows Penrite Racing and Matt Stone Racing in confirming 2024 season launch events.

Penrite Racing, which will be led by Matt Payne and Richie Stanaway in 2024, will also launch its new season and livery on February 3. The Grove squad’s launch will be held from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Penrite’s headquarters at 110-116 Greens Road in Dandenong South, Victoria.

MSR, meanwhile, will launch its new season on Friday February 9 at its headquarters at 18A Computer Road in Yatala, Queensland from 1:00pm. Nick Percat joins Cameron Hill at the team, which claimed its first pole and win last year.

The season launch is a free public event, with Toowoomba locals, Supercars fans and aviation enthusiast encouraged to attend. Parking, food and drink, and bar facilities will be available on the day.

Further details of the team’s season launch can be found on Red Bull Ampol Racing's website.

“This is going to be an epic event for Will’s fellow Toowoombians and Supercars fans alike – it’s not everyday you can completely take over a fully-operational commercial airport to launch our season like this,” team boss Jamie Whincup said.

"We’re encouraging anyone and everyone to come out to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport for an afternoon of fun — watch us reveal our new livery, see Matt Hall go ballistic up in the sky, meet the drivers, see some epic cars and have a can of Red Bull on us.

“It’s going to be a great way to kick off an exciting new era for Red Bull Ampol Racing and I can’t think of a more exciting way to do it.”

Brown joins Broc Feeney at Triple Eight, with the new season to commence at the Thrifty Bathurst 500 on February 23-25.
