With less than a day until on-track action begins at the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour, thousands of fans descended on Russell Street in Bathurst CBD as the full field of cars and drivers arrived in town for a signing session.

The now traditional track-to-town saw the 30-car field of GT3 cars drive from Mount Panorama Circuit into the town of Bathurst, led by reigning Bathurst 12 Hour winner and Bathurst resident Kenny Habul.

A signing session followed with the more than 90 Bathurst 12 Hour drivers, where fans met Australian and international superstars including Valentino Rossi, Craig Lowndes, Chaz Mostert, and more.

Seven-time MotoGP Rossi makes his 12 Hour return after huge fanfare in 2023's event. Armed with a year of experience in the BMW M4 GT3, the Italian is confident he can push even harder as he chases Bathurst glory.

The event officially kicked off the Bathurst SuperFest, consisting of nearly two weeks of on-track action and off-track entertainment in Bathurst, featuring this weekend’s Repco Bathurst 12 Hour GT3 race, and next weekend’s Thrifty Bathurst 500 Supercars race weekend.

Bathurst 12 Hour teams and drivers will now undergo final preparations and meetings before practice gets underway tomorrow morning.

Practice 1 at the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour begins at 8:25am AEDT Friday morning, the first of four 40-minute practice sessions on the day.

The Repco Bathurst 12 Hour officially starts at 5:45am AEDT Sunday.
