This morning’s warm up could prove valuable for Honda as Jamie Stauffer edges closer.

Glenn Allerton remains dominant every time he takes to the race track aboard his Pirelli tyre NextGen Motorsport. The privateer-backed three-rider BMW sponsored team is making a statement at round one of the championship with all three riders qualifying inside of the top ten.

Team manager Wayne Hepburn is happy but not surprised. “Glenn is a multiple Australian Champion and he is working closely with our lead technicians,” Hepburn said. “I am really happy to prove a privateer backed team can win races.”

Jamie Stauffer wants to be on the podium in race two as he continues to search for set up and said he feels the team is making progress. “This morning’s warm-up was good, unfortunately it’s hard from row two, but I need to get upfront as early as I can.”
