Support continues to grow for the inaugural ECB SuperUtes Series, with Australian-owned-and-operated AUSblue signing on as an official partner.

AUSblue provides wholly integrated AdBlue Solutions to the Australian public and will support the ECB SuperUtes Series in at least its first season.

The ECB SuperUtes is an official support category for the 2018 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, racing at Adelaide, Winton, Townsville, Ipswich, Sandown, Bathurst, Gold Coast and the season finale in Newcastle.

Today’s announcement comes just seven days out from its first-ever race at the Adelaide 500, where the dual-cab, turbo-diesel models will storm onto the circuit, representing a whole new automotive segment.

The ECB SuperUtes Series will this year feature six manufacturers; Toyota (Hilux), Ford (Ranger), Mitsubishi (Triton), Izuzu (D-max), Holden (Colorado) and Mazda (BT-50).

“The ECB SuperUtes Series are privileged to be in partnership with premium quality brand such as AUSblue,” Jamie Black, Supercars General Manager- Commercial, said.

“The SuperUtes Series will offer something different for fans, that they have never seen before and we are thrilled that a new partner has come on board to support this great category.”

Director of AUSblue, Andrew Morrell, said the company has had a long association with the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, and is excited to get behind the first-ever ECB SuperUtes Series.

“Supporting SuperUtes provides us the opportunity to promote our AdBlue products directly with racing fans,” Morrell said.

“As the premier AdBlue supplier in Australia and New Zealand, we think the relationship with SuperUtes is a good fit to promote our business and to partner with this exciting new category of motor racing.”

The maiden ECB SuperUtes race will be run next Thursday, March 1, as part of the 20th-anniversary Adelaide 500.
