Kai Allen will keep fifth place in the Perth finale, after a Motorsport Australia decision was upheld in the Supercars National Court of Appeal.
The Supercars National Court of Appeal convened on Monday to hear a case, after the #26 Penrite Racing Ford was alleged to have breached Rule D 17.1.18.
