Supercars locks in Enduro, Finals fuel capacity
Cars will carry 127L fuel tanks for Enduro, Finals rounds

Supercars has ratified a change to fuel tank capacity for the upcoming Ryco Enduro Cup and Repco Supercars Finals Series.
For the final five rounds of the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship, cars will carry 127L fuel tanks, a minor decrease from the 133L tanks used in the Sprint Cup.
It marks a minor increase on the tank size for the 2025 Enduros and Finals, which was 121L.
The change, confirmed in the Supplementary Regulations for the AirTouch 500 at The Bend, comes after Supercars introduced a new renewable fuel blend for 2026.
The adjustment is based on the fuel consumption and also aligns with objectives of certain Enduros-specific rules, such as minimum co-driver laps.
The minimum lap percentage a driver must complete in the enduros is 37%, meaning one driver must complete at least 54 laps at The Bend, and 60 at Mount Panorama.
Refuelling towers will return for the final five rounds of the season, replacing the fuel churns used throughout the Repco Sprint Cup.
The changes will encourage teams to be more creative in how they structure their stints, while adding complexity to strategy and putting a high price on executing strong pit stops.
There is no compulsory pit stop (CPS) count for either enduro race. There are two CPS for all Finals races, except the Adelaide opener, which has one.
The Repco Sprint Cup concludes at the Century Batteries Ipswich Super 440, before the enduro portion of the season commences at The Bend on September 11-13.
