Jones becomes the Karate Kid for Tasmania, Perth

Brad Jones Racing have unveiled the latest look for Macauley Jones' #96 Camaro for this weekend's Snowy River Caravans Tasmania Super 440.

After sporting a bright yellow Pizza Hut livery at the opening two round of the season in Sydney and Melbourne, the brand returns to the side of Jones' entry thanks to a collaboration with an iconic movie franchise.

Pizza Hut have collaborated with Sony Pictures ahead of the release of Karate Kid: Legends on June 5, and as part of their promotion have created a striking orange livery featuring several characters from the film.

Jones will also keep the livery for the following round of the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship at the Bosch Power Tools Perth Super 440 from June 6-8.

Pizza Hut will also have further activation at Symmons Plains this weekend, with fans encouraged to try products from their new 'Legends Range,' celebrating the new film.

Two fans can also win a trip to New York City with thanks to Pizza Hut; details on how to enter the competition can be found on their website.

The livery has brought back fond childhood memories for the second generation racer, who is excited to take to the historic Tasmanian venue with an iconic look.

“This is another awesome concept the Pizza Hut team has helped bring to life," said Jones. “I can remember watching Karate Kid when I was younger and loved it, so it’s cool being able to race with a Karate Kid Supercar. “We’ll get the crew to do a bit of ‘Wax on, Wax off’ and send it for the weekend.”

Jones enters the weekend 20th in the championship standings, whilst the team have been subject to plenty of speculation surrounding a potential switch from Chevrolet to Toyota in 2026.

On-track action at the Snowy River Caravans Tasmania Super 440 begins with Practice 1 tomorrow morning at 11:55am AEST. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
