Broc Feeney has claimed a second Dunlop Super2 Series pole position in as many days in Townsville.
Feeney, who regained the series lead following his Race 1 win on Saturday, has topped all five sessions held so far this weekend.
The Triple Eight Race Engineering teenager’s 1:13.721s proved the benchmark of the session, with Zak Best to launch from second.

"Man, it felt so good out there," the 18-year-old said.
"I made a mockery of my first lap, tuned it up a little bit for the second lap and I was so happy with that.
"I nailed the first sector and I knew if I put the rest of the lap together, it would be pretty good.
"I was so pumped when I came across the line and saw that time, so it’s a credit to this team.
"I’ve got a fast car and we have got to do it again this afternoon."
Feeney set the early pace with a 1:14.083s on his first flyer, a tenth up on his previous day’s pole time.
He would lower his own marker in the closing stages, with Tickford Racing driver Best firing in a 1:14.130s on his second run.
MW Motorsport’s Jayden Ojeda and the returning Tim Blanchard were third and fourth, with the third row a MW Motorsport lockout of Tyler Everingham and Josh Fife.
Matt Chahda, Jordan Boys, Aaron Seton and Angelo Mouzouris rounded out the top 10.
Earlier, Nash Morris secured a career-first Dunlop Super3 Series pole position ahead of Michael Anderson. They will start 15th and 17th outright.
The 21-lap Race 2 will commence at 1:25pm AEST.
