Prodrive Racing (Australia)'s new Dunlop Series campaigner Jack Le Brocq will be bolstered by the support of equipment funding company GoGetta in 2016 as he prepares to defend the team's title.

As one of the sport's rising stars, Le Brocq will steer the #5 GoGetta Racing entry as part of the team's two-car assault, with the funding company to feature as the naming rights sponsor on the FG X Falcon.

After completing his first full year in the series in 2015 and finishing third in the championship, Le Brocq is thrilled to have the support of GoGetta as he aims for a seat in the V8 Supercars main game.

"It's great to have GoGetta on board with me this year," he said.

"We're hoping for a successful year after seeing what PRA have achieved in the recent past, in both the V8 Supercars and Dunlop Series categories.

"The FG X is going to be a great car to drive and it'll be fantastic to share the journey and hopefully some success with GoGetta."

Prodrive Racing Team Principal Tim Edwards is pleased with the partnership, and believes it is important for young drivers to have the support of good brands.

"We're really pleased to see GoGetta come on board with Jack for the season. We have high hopes for him this year," Edwards said.

"He is a talented driver who has proved that he can compete at the front of the field so hopefully we will see the GoGetta brand on the front row of the grid across the season."

Silver Chef Group National Sales and Marketing Manager, Kevin Savvas says he is excited to see what opportunities the partnership will bring.

“GoGetta Racing is a very exciting initiative that everyone can get involved with,” he said.

“The GoGetta Falcon looks fantastic and will generate a lot of attention at the front of the field.

“And Jack Le Brocq is the perfect Ambassador for our brand…his success already and his ambition marks him out as a sports star of the future, and we’re delighted to help him achieve his dream.”

The GoGetta Racing FG X will debut on-track at the team's upcoming test day on 23 February at Winton Motor Raceway in northeast Victoria.

GoGetta equipment funding is part of the Silver Chef Group which comprises the GoGetta and Silver Chef brands with operations in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
