Shaw and Partners Financial Services will take pole position on Jack Perkins’ Super2 Commodore in 2023.

Perkins will complete the full 2023 Dunlop Super2 Series season with Erebus Motorsport.

The second-generation racer will carry Shaw and Partners naming rights on his #70 Commodore.

It’s similar to the livery Perkins and Will Brown carried at the Repco Bathurst 1000 in 2021.

Brown claimed a shock provisional pole for the 2021 Great Race, which was his first as a full-time driver.

He also carried the colours to his maiden victory at Sydney Motorsport Park, also in 2021.

Perkins will race alongside Brown in the 2023 enduros, with the Super2 campaign preparation for the longer races.

"We all really loved how the 2021 Shaw and Partners livery looked,” said Perkins, who will test the Commodore at Winton on Tuesday.

“So we started with that as a template but have made it even bolder and brighter and it looks fantastic.

“[Co-CEO] Earl Evans and his team at Shaw and Partners really wanted to help prepare me for the endurance races with Will and after our Super2 entry at Sandown last year, he was really keen to put together a full championship.

“I’m so grateful for the support of Shaw and Partners, and indeed Southern Cross Truck Rentals and the support of my loyal partners Noble Logistics, ARB Penrith and Muscle Car Warehouse. I’m really looking forward to racing the car and representing them throughout the year.”

Evans added: “We’re thrilled to be involved with Jack for a second year and we are super excited about the livery we’ve built with him.

“Shaw and Partners working with Barry Ryan, Erebus and Jack to bring a full season of racing is unreal. The partnership has been fantastic and we’re absolutely loving it.”

The 2023 Supercars and Super2 seasons will commence at the Thrifty Newcastle 500 on March 10-12.

Tickets are on sale on Supercars.com and Ticketek.com.
