Stewards Update Final - issued Saturday 8th October at 1900hrs

Matters from Race 1;

The following driver received a PLP during the race for a breach of careless driving; Car #21 Joshua Kean contact to Car #15 Adam Marjoram at Turn 21

The following drivers received a PLP during the race for breaching the Pit Lane speed limit; Car #28 Chelsea Angelo (48kph) Car #16 Bryce Fullwood (44kph) Car #58 Ryal Harris (44kph)

The following drivers received a PLP during the race for breaching the Pit Stop Regulations; Car #28 Chelsea Angelo, D12.8.9 - rotating rear wheels Car #58 Ryal Harris, SR4.8.12 – tyre not under direct control of team personnel Car #48 Matthew Palmer, SR4.8.11 – driver(s) not entering or leaving via the rear of the vehicle from behind the pit garage line    Car #58 Ryal Harris, SR4.8.7 – team personnel over the prescribed line before the vehicle hasstopped

The following drivers received a PLP during the race for the following breaches; Car #58 Ryal Harris, Schedule B2 5 (d) crossing the Pit Entry Line Car #56 Jake Kostecki, D11.2.11 continuing to weave after the Safety Car lights had beenextinguished

Following and investigation an admission by Car #5 Jack Le Brocq to breach of careless driving,contact to Car #8 Andrew Jones at Turn 21, the Stewards imposed a loss of 15 Series points.

Matters from Warm up;Following and investigation an admission by Brad Jones Racing Pty Ltd to breaching Rule D12.8.9wheel spinning during pit stop on Car #21, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine.

Matters from Qualifying;For causing a Red Flag in the session, Car #48 Matthew Palmer lost his fastest lap time and was notpermitted to take any further part in the session.

Matters from Practice 2;Following and investigation an admission by Matt Stone Racing to a Breach of Rule G1.6 – responsible for all safety aspects for Car #35, (losing a wheel), the Stewards imposed a $5,000 fine with $3,500 suspended until the 31/12/16.
