After an investigation and admission by Rod Nash Racing Pty Ltd, the Stewards imposed a fine of $1000 for a breach of Rule D12.7.5 (wheel nut rolling across fast lane).
An investigation was conducted into an Incident involving Jamie Whincup, Car #1, and James Moffat, Car #360. No breach of the rules was established.
Matters arising from Race 32 – Second half:
An investigation was conducted into an alleged parc ferme breach by Motorsport Holdings and no breach of the rules was established.

Careless Driving incident between Shane Van Gisbergen, Car #97, and Will Davison, Car #6, at Turn 11 on Lap 7 Page 1 of 2.
Careless Driving incident between Alex Premat, Car #34, and James Courtney, Car #22, at Turn 4 on Lap 11.
Careless Driving incident between Chas Mostert, Car #12, and Lee Holdsworth, Car #4 at Turn 11.

A Protest was received from Triple Eight Race Engineering, protesting the results of Race 32 (1st half). The protest was against Mark Winterbottom, Car #5. The Protest was heard on Sunday 24th November 2013 and the Protest was dismissed.
Matters arising from Qualifying – Race 32:
The Stewards imposed a fine of $750 on Alex Premat, Car #34, for a pit lane speeding infringement (53 kph).
An investigation was conducted into a Careless Driving incident between James Moffatt, Car #360, and Tony D'Alberto, Car #3, on the Pit Straight. No breach of the rules was established.
Matters arising from Practice - Part 4:
The Stewards imposed a fine of $350 on Scott McLaughlin, Car #33, for a pit lane speeding infringement (44 kph).
