Poll: Who will be the next winner in 2022?

Four drivers have shared the 15 victories on offer in 2022.

Shane van Gisbergen, Chaz Mostert, Cam Waters and Will Davison have all tasted victory this season.

Waters recently joined the party with his double-win weekend at Winton Motor Raceway.

The four drivers are from four different teams; van Gisbergen has won nine races already.

Last year, van Gisbergen and Mostert shared the wins in Darwin, which is the next stop on the 2022 calendar.

So, will a new name join these four drivers on the 2022 winners’ list?

The 2022 Repco Supercars Championship grid features 15 race winners. Of the 15, just five have won a race in Darwin.

Van Gisbergen and Mark Winterbottom lead the way with four.

Mostert, David Reynolds and Anton De Pasquale have also won in the Top End.

Heimgartner scored a Winton podium

On-paper form suggests De Pasquale and Reynolds could be next to break through in 2022.

De Pasquale is second in the points, and has yet to piece together a perfect race in 2022.

The Shell V-Power Racing Team driver also scored a Darwin pole last June.

Reynolds, meanwhile, has scored six podiums in his last 12 starts; his last win came in 2018.

He has also tasted victory in Darwin, winning in 2015 and 2018.

Andre Heimgartner also secured a Winton podium, having scored a trophy in Perth.
