We asked Supercars fans for their tip for the Great Race. With thousands of votes cast, the results are in, and it was incredibly close.
The 27-car, 54-driver field features 12 former Bathurst winners and seven Great Race debutants. Click here to view the whole grid.
In a Supercars.com poll for MySupercars members, there were just two votes in it at the top, with Cam Waters/Mark Winterbottom narrowly beating reigning champions Brodie Kostecki/Todd Hazelwood.
The Waters/Winterbottom and Kostecki/Hazelwood pairings took home a combined 40% of the vote, followed by the two Red Bull Ampol line-ups.
Chaz Mostert/Fabian Coulthard (9%) and Matt Payne/Garth Tander (6%) were next, followed by the surprise packet from Blanchard Racing Team, Aaron Cameron/Zak Best (5%).
For what it's worth, six of the top eight combinations in the voting are Fords.
