The Mount Panorama Circuit was abuzz with preparations and plenty of media attention ahead of the Repco Bathurst 1000.

Thursday began with the blockbuster formats and Finals announcement, with media congregating at pit exit to mark the occasion with head officials and drivers.

There were also a number of media calls throughout the day, as teams put the finishing touches on their garages before undertaking pit stop practice.
