David Reynolds' PIRTEK Enduro Cup co-driver, Will Brown, will fill in for the 2017 King of the Mountain for Wednesday’s second round of the BP Supercars All Stars Eseries.

Toowoomba-based Brown, a current Dunlop Super2 competitor for Erebus-affiliated Image Racing, is scheduled to partner Reynolds later this year in the PIRTEK Enduro Cup events at The Bend, Bathurst and Gold Coast, but will make his Supercars ‘debut’ this week in the iRacing competition.

He took to Facebook this evening to make the announcement.

“Making my main game debut Wednesday night… well on Eseries,” Brown said.

“Can’t wait to have a crack at this, I am like a zombie since practicing eight hours a day all weekend.”

The 21-year old currently sits third in the Dunlop Super2 Series Championship standings after finishing 3rd, 3rd and 2nd in the opening races at the Superloop Adelaide 500.

It was announced earlier this year that as part of a multi-year deal with Erebus Penrite Racing, Will is going to join Reynolds as a co-driver in 2020 and then take a full time drive in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship with the team in 2021.

Reynolds, who finished 21st, 15th and 19th in the opening three races of the BP Eseries, will return for Round Three on Wednesday 22nd April, where Supercars drivers will race at Mount Panorama.

Qualifying for the second round of racing at Silverstone (UK) and Barcelona (Spain) will begin on Wednesday night at 6:00pm AEST, will be broadcast exclusively on Fox Sports 506 before racing begins at 7:00pm.

From 7:00pm as was the case for Round One, the races will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 506, Kayo, Sky Sports (NZ) and 10 Play. Online fans can watch races via Supercars Facebook Page, Supercars’ Teams Facebook Pages and Supercars Twitch Channel.
