A familiar face in the Repco Supercars Championship and one of Australia’s best sim racers are set to return to the Eseries fold.

James Golding will once again team up with Pioneer DJ for the upcoming Cash Converters Supercars Eseries.

Golding will compete in the All Star Series, with experienced online racer Emily Jones to take on the Pro Series for the brand.

Fresh off his return to the Supercars field, Golding will steer the #31 Pioneer DJ Mustang in the six-round virtual series.

It comes after he recorded three top 10 results last season, including a podium at Daytona.

Using his downtime during the coronavirus pandemic to become an aspiring DJ, Golding will continue his partnership with Pioneer DJ Racing.

Long-time gamer and online racer Jones will return to the Supercars Eseries grid, for her fourth season in the series.

The 27-year-old professional sim racer has driven for Trans-Tasman Racing and featured in an all-female team in the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual in 2020.

The same year Jones became the first female esports racer to win an FIA GTC Top 16 Superstars race in Gran Turismo.

The Melbourne-based gamer’s Twitch channel has a fanbase of over 7,000 followers, earning her the reputation of one of the most popular Australian sim-racing streamers.

Jones’ admits she is looking forward to entertaining viewers throughout the Eseries, with her unique setup inspired by Pioneer DJ.

“I’m excited, I didn’t have the best season last year, so I’m going to have fun this year and enjoy myself,” Jones told Supercars.com.

“Everyone is really excited to watch this year on Twitch.

“I’m really leaning into being sponsored by Pioneer DJ, so I am DJ Emree, and my spotter is DJ Covido.

“I’m making Spotify playlists for each round, which I’ll release on my Twitter, and I’ve got DJ lights and disco lights alongside my sim setup, it will be a lot of fun.”
