Expression Session added to this week’s Eseries Round

Drivers will be able to let their virtual hair down in the first Expression Session of the

The formats for tomorrow night’s fourth round of online racing have been released today and include two qualifying sessions, the first from 6:00pm AEST at Watkins Glen (New York NASCAR and IndyCar circuit) and the second at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (Montreal F1 circuit).
The third and final session to take place prior to racing will be an Expression Session, where all drivers will be allowed to do virtual burnouts, drifting, reverse their way around the entire circuit etc – there will be no rules for the session.
Supercars General Manager TV & Content Nathan Prendergast said the session allows drivers to show off some of their unique skills behind the wheel on iRacing.
“It will be an eight-minute no rules session where the drivers can do as they please on the circuit,” Prendergast said.
“Fans of iRacing know there’s certain things you can do online that are a lot of fun to watch that you could never do on the track, we saw that with Fabian Coulthard’s video of his post-win celebrations last week.
“The racing is intense so we thought this would be a great way to show fans the lighter side to the eseries.”

This week’s 4th round of the BP Supercars All Stars Eseries will feature four wildcards
2003 and 2004 Supercars Champion and two-time NASCAR race winner Marcos Ambrose
2018 NASCAR Cup Series Champion Joey Logano
Indy500 winner and former F1 driver Alexander Rossi
Dunlop Super2 rookie and Formula Ford Champion Angelo Mouzouris
One of Marcos Ambrose’s two NASCAR victories came at Watkins Glen in 2012. Both Logano and Rossi have also tasted victory at the famous US circuit.
There will be four races this week, two at Watkins Glen and two at Montreal.
Qualifying will determine the starting grid for Race 11 at Montreal and Race 13 at Watkins Glen. Races 12 and 14 will be reverse grid.

6:05pm - Q1 – Watkins Glen – 15mins
6:30pm - Q2 – Circuit Gilles Villeneuve – 15mins
6:50pm - Expression Session – Watkins Glen
Racing – Round 4 BP Supercars All Stars Eseries
Race 11 - Circuit Gilles Villeneuve – 18mins – 1 stop Grid set from ARMOR ALL Qualifying 1
Race 12- Circuit Gilles Villeneuve – 18mins – Reverse Grid (results Race 11) - 1 Stop
Race 13 - Watkins Glen – 18mins – 1 stop Grid set from ARMOR ALL Qualifying 2
Race 14 – Watkins Glen – 18mins – Reverse Grid (results Race 13) - 1 Stop
Qualifying for the fourth round will begin tomorrow night at 6:00pm AEST and will be broadcast exclusively on Fox Sports 506 before racing begins at 7:00pm.
From 7:00pm, racing will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 506, Kayo, Sky Sports (NZ) and 10 Play.
