There's so much to do at the Castrol Townsville 500 -Driven by TAFE Queensland, it's too much for one day at the track!

It's the perfect family outing.

Use free public transport - included with your ticket -as you head into the Reid Park circuit. It's easy to get into the track- click here for all the options.

For early risers, ensure you have a paddock pass and you can meet the drivers at the autograph session at 8.45am - all Championship drivers will be present, so it's the perfect photo or autograph opportunity.

Shortly after at 10.30am the 25 V8 Supercars will be on-track for the weekend's final practice session. A grandstand ticket will lock in the ultimate seat.

Get your goodies and back to your seat - or one of the prime GA viewing points, around the 7-8-9 complex -for the two back-to-back qualifying sessions, determining the grid for the afternoon's two 125km races.

Ensure you have logged on to the Official V8 Supercars App for access to live timing during the session -there's no other way to be as informed at the track, than with the data live in the palm of your hand.

The biggest break in V8 Supercars action comes post-qualifying, which is your chance to explore and make the most of the entertainment options.
