Microsoft has taken its partnership with V8 Supercars to a new level with the announcement Xbox and the just released Forza Motorsport 6 video game will feature at this year's Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

Xbox will take Naming Rights to Hell Corner at Mount Panorama, becoming Xbox Hell Corner for the duration of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 weekend.

The winning drivers will celebrate their success in Xbox Victory Lane at the end of the race with the iconic Peter Brock Trophy.

To enhance the partnership, a global 'Drive to Win' promotion will see 10 fans from around the world compete in the 'Xbox One Bathurst Challenge'.

To enter, players just need to complete the 'Forza Drive to Win/Xbox One Bathurst Challenge' rivals event in Forza Motorsport 6 by 11.59pm AEST on September 29, 2015 (that's 6:55am PDT, 9:59am EDT, 2:59pm BST, and 2:59am NZDT on Wednesday, September 30). Players will be lapping the 2015 Xbox Racing #17 Ford Falcon FG X around Mount Panorama.

More competition details can be found here.

Winners will be drawn at random to attend Australia's most famous race, including two from the United States, two from the United Kingdom, one from New Zealand, and five from Australia and on Friday night will set a lap time against their rivals to see who really does, 'Drive to Win'.

Winners will receive a trip for themselves and a friend to the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, and the final Drive to Win competition winner will also score USD$5,000 in prize money, as well as having their 'Gamertag' emblazoned on the official #17 Xbox Racing DJR Team Penske race car and on the track itself in Pit Lane.

Winners will also get the opportunity to meet Xbox DJR Team Penske drivers Marcos Ambrose and Scott Pye and challenge their Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 ARMOR ALL qualifying times on Forza Motorsport 6.
