As it happened: Phillip Island test

Preparations for the 2019 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship pick up a gear today, with Phillip Island hosting the pre-season test.

The full field of 24 drivers are at the Victorian circuit, ahead of the Superloop Adelaide 500 opener on February 28-March 3.

Ford's new Mustang is completing its first full test, while a number of drivers including Mark Winterbottom are settling into new homes.

There's also a suite of new liveries to look at, with only Boost Mobile Racing and Kelly Racing's #7 for Andre Heimgartner carrying interim schemes.
