Whether you're looking for a shady place to kick back or a spot to party hard, the Super Top is for you.

Easily accessible from the V8 Supercars and support category paddock, the Super Top - able to hold up to 8000 people - provides a chill-out zone during the day and electric atmosphere in the evening at the Castrol Townsville 500 - Driven by TAFE Queensland.

Australian divas Jessica Mauboy and Vanessa Amorosi headline the Saturday night concert, topping off 'Ladies Day'.

The V8 Supercars have plenty of track time today, and with an array of food vendors, and seating for fans, the Super Top is one of the great locations to watch the action.

With the Sirromet Ladies Lounge setting up to pamper all the lovely ladies at the track, fashion and fast cars will take centre stage today.

Holden Racing Team's James Courtney will officially open the lounge at 12.40pm, kicking off the 'pamper team' services including a lippy bar, mini massages, mini manicures, hair touch ups and five-minute hairstyles.

The ladies can watch the racing while relaxing, with the Super Top offering a huge screen showing the track action.

Starting from 10.30am with the weekend's final practice session, the 25 V8 Supercars will roar around the 2.86km street circuit. Throughout the day, drivers will be interviewed on the stage, with Chaz Mostert at 8.30am and Rick Kelly at 12.50pm.

With a range of entertainment options running throughout the day, the Castrol Townsville 500 - Driven by TAFE Queensland is the place to be this weekend.
