Australia's Top Gun Matt Hall will rev up Supercar fans next weekend, taking to the skies to perform a thrilling air show at the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.

Hall's aerial stunts and acrobatics will have fans on the edge of their seats, delivering high-octane entertainment, and reaching speeds of over 400 kilometres an hour above the race precinct.

The reigning Red Bull Air Race world champion and former RAAF F/A-18 fighter pilot will perform spectacular aerobatics in his MXS-R aircraft. Tickets are on sale now.

The MXS-R can climb at 6000 feet a minute and roll at 420 degrees per second, allowing for a spectacular display of aerobatic manoeuvres.

Fans trackside can expect to see super high G turns, twists and loops before the Supercars drivers take to the Surfer Paradise streets for dual-250km races.

The Royal Australian Air Force top gun fighter pilot has long been at the top of world championship air racing, with seven wins and 25 podiums.

Hall is the most successful pilot in the modern era to compete in the Air Race Elite XR\1 category of events.

Supercars fans may recognise Hall from his tribute to retiring seven-time champion Jamie Whincup ahead of last year's Repco Bathurst 1000.

As a tribute to the four-time Bathurst 1000 winner, Hall made a special landing on Mountain Straight in his aircraft featuring a #CheersJDub livery.

Hall's aerobatics display over the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 is scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, with the exact start time subject to weather conditions and air traffic control requirements.
