Tickets on sale for Bend double

A limited allocation of tickets is now on sale for this month’s two newly announced Virgin Australia Supercars Championship events at Tailem Bend.

As confirmed on Monday, the South Australian venue will host Supercars events on September 19-20 and 26-27, before the October 15-18 Bathurst finale.

The Bend had initially been cut from the 2020 schedule amid the upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, before being reinstated.

While discussions with health authorities are ongoing, it is expected each day of the double-header will have a capacity of around 10,000 fans permitted inside the precinct.

Park 'n' View, Grandstand and General Admission tickets are all being offered, but no onsite camping will be available.

The Bend will feature Supercars’ three-race sprint format, as well as support categories, while a special Holden tribute is also being promoted for September 19.
