For the first time in OTR SuperSprint history, the Turns 1, 17 and 18 grandstands are all accessible to general admission ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Supercars will complete three races across Saturday and Sunday with the rest of the track time taken up by Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup, Touring Car Masters, Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia 86 Series, S5000 and the Haltech SuperUtes.

This marks an OTR SuperSprint debut for S5000 and Touring Car Masters, while the one-make Toyota 86 series will return to the venue for the first time since 2018.

South Australian driver Todd Hazelwood is eagerly anticipating a return to The Bend in his new CoolDrive racing Gen3 Mustang.

“I cannot wait to return to The Bend in August and see how the new spec GEN3 Supercar performs on the uniquely fast and flowing European-styled layout," Hazelwood said.

The Bend Motorsport Park CEO, Alistair MacDonald was excited by the initial changes to this year’s OTR SuperSprint: “The fan experience is the most valuable part of the event so the combination of on-track action with increased grandstand access and on-site entertainment is something that we’re proud to present.

"We have continued to take into consideration the feedback from our fans and are working on an exciting on and off-track lineup.

"Our fans are really responding to the family-friendly atmosphere, and this is something that we are continually evolving, whilst still delivering a great product to the purest motorsport fans."
