Super Top set up

The Super Top is complete and ready for the Castrol Townsville 500 - Driven by Queensland TAFE, which begins on Friday.

On Saturday, the Super Top will be one of the star attractions, hosting the Sirromet Ladies Lounge by day and the headlining concert acts by night.

Australian talents Jessica Mauboy and Vanessa Amorosi will raise the roof that evening, after their female fans have paired a day of pampering with Australia's best motor racing Championship.

On the other two days, the Super Top turns into the ultimate entertainment zone, with food vendors, big screen, shade, and more on offer.

The Super Top is the country's largest indoor canvas, accommodating 8000 people undercover - along with improved grandstands, up-style corporate suites, transport hub, and twilight racing on Saturday to accommodating the strong V8 Supercars following in Townsville.

The event holds V8 Supercars practice on Friday, two 125km races on Saturday and the big 250km race - with an ARMOR ALL Top 10 Shootout to determine final grid positions - on Sunday.
