Garry Jacobson will roll out with an updated colour scheme for the resumption of the 2021 season in Sydney.

The hi-vis yellow on Jacobson's #22 PremiAir Hire Commodore will remain; however, more black, red wheels and greater backing from Muscle Car Warehouse has been added.

Jacobson will hit the track in his new livery in practice on Friday afternoon at the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight.

It will be the first of four home events for Team Sydney.

The new-look scheme will remain on the #22 Commodore for the remainder of the 2021 season.

"It is great to showcase our Muscle Car Warehouse and PremiAir Hire partnership for the remaining events of our 2021 championship,” team owner Jonathon Webb said.

"PremiAir Hire and Muscle Car Warehouse are fantastic Australian brands that are long term supporters of both Supercars and Tekno."

It's not the first updated colour scheme for Sydney; notably, Tim Slade, Scott Pye, David Reynolds and Brodie Kostecki will all race with fresh liveries.

Jacobson is 22nd overall, 36 points ahead of teammate Fabian Coulthard.

The 2021 Repco Supercars Championship will continue at this weekend’s Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight.

Tickets for all four upcoming Sydney events are on sale now.

All sessions will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and streamed via Kayo.

The Seven Network will broadcast live from 3:30pm AEDT on Saturday and 12:30pm AEDT on Sunday.
