Stewards Summary Update #4 FINAL: issued Sunday 8th November 2015 at 1930hrs (NZMT).

Matters from Race 30:

The Stewards imposed Pit Lane Penalties during the Race as follows:

On Car #47, Tim Slade, for exceeding the Pit Lane speed limit at Pit Entry (50 kph) on Lap 33;

On Car #6, Cameron Waters, for Careless Driving, causing contact with James Courtney, Car #22, at Turn 8 on Lap 57.

Following an investigation and an admission by Jobri Holdings Pty Ltd of a breach of Rule D12.7 - Use of Equipment/Tool (loss of control of a wheel during a Pit Stop by Car #21) the Stewards imposed the penalty of a fine of $3000 and the loss of 30 Teams Championship Points on Jobri Holdings Pty Ltd.

An investigation was conducted into the incident involving Car #6, Cameron Waters, Car #22, James Courtney, Car #8, Jason Bright, and Car #5, Mark Winterbottom, at Turn 8 on Lap 2. No breach of the rules was established.

Matters from Qualifying for Race 30:

Following an investigation and an admission by Shane van Gisbergen, Car #97, that he crossed the blend line at Pit Exit (Schedule B2 - Pit Exit blend line), the Stewards imposed the penalty of a fine of $500 on Shane van Gisbergen.

Matters from Practice - Part 4:

There were no issues.

Matters from Race 29:

The Stewards imposed a Pit Lane Penalty on Car #222, Nick Percat, for failing to comply with a direction from the Race Director to re-address his car behind Car #23, Michael Caruso, after shortcutting the Circuit at Turn 5.

Matters from Race 28:

Investigations were conducted into the following incidents and no breach of the rules was established:

Contact between Car #47, Tim Slade, and Car #9, Will Davison, at Turn 7 on Lap 1; and

Contact between Car #222, Nick Percat, and Car #6, Cam Waters, at Turn 8.

Matters from Qualifying for Race 29:

There were no issues.

Matters from Qualifying for Race 28:

Following an investigation and an admission by Cam Waters, Car #6, of Careless Driving (causing contact with Car #10, Ash Walsh at Turn 5), the Stewards imposed the penalty of the loss of 4 Grid Spots for Race 28 on Car #6.

Matters from Meeting Rides:

Following an investigation and an admission by Ash Walsh, Car #10, that he breached Rule E1.3.6 (practice start during the meeting rides), the Stewards imposed the penalty of a $5,000 fine, $2,500 suspended until 31 December 2015, on Ash Walsh.

Matters from Practice - Part 2:

Following an investigation and an admission by Dale Wood, Car #21, that he breached Schedule D 3 Rule 3.2 (failed to slow for Yellow flag), the Stewards imposed the penalty of a $1,000 fine on Dale Wood.
