Matters Arising from Race 12:
Following an investigation and an admission by Russell Ingall Car #66 that he had driven ina careless manner, contact on Car #21, the Stewards imposed the penalty of the loss of 25Championship Points.
Following an investigation and an admission by Motorsport Holdings Car #36 (Michael Caruso), that theCompetitor is responsible for all safety aspects of the Car, and Car #36 lost a wheel, theStewards imposed a Fine of $3,000 with $1,500 suspended until 31/12/13.
Following an investigation and an admission by Todd Kelly Car #7 that he had driven in acareless manner, contact on Car #34 Alex Premat, the Stewards imposed the penalty of theloss of 15 Championship Points.
The Following matters were investigated and no breach of rules was established:
Car #17 Tim Blanchard, end of Safety Car deployment.
Car #88 Dean Fiore, end of Safety Car deployment.
An incident involving Car #18 Alex Davison and Car #17 Tim Blanchard
An incident involving Car #21 David Wall and Car #4 Lee Holdsworth.

Following an investigation and an admission by Garry Rogers Motorsport that Car #34 leftPit Lane without permission of the CTM, the Stewards imposed the penalty of exclusionfrom the session.

Matters arising from Race 10:
Following an investigation and an admission by Jonathon Webb Car #19 that he had drivenin a careless manner, contact on Car #2 Garth Tander, the Stewards imposed the penaltyof the loss of 15 Championship Points.
The following matters were investigated but no breach of Rules was established:
An allegation that there were more people than permitted across the line during the Half Time Pit Stop for Car #19 and Car #97.
An incident involving the following cars at Turns 6 & 7 on Lap 50: Car #22 James Courtney, Car #55 David Reynolds, and Car #97 Shane van Gisbergen.
An incident involving Car #80 Scott Pye and Car #15 Rick Kelly.
Matters arising from Qualifying for Race 10:
Following an investigation and an admission by Russell Ingall Car #66 that he had driven ina careless manner, impeded Car #21 David Wall during his fast Qualifying Lap, theStewards imposed the penalty of the loss of 5 grid positions for Race 11.

Matters arising from Practice:
The Stewards imposed a $1500 Fine on David Reynolds Car #55 for exceeding the Speed Limit in Pit Lane.
Following an investigation and an admission by Car #97 Shane van Gisbergen that the soft tyre identification light was not illuminated while running on soft tyres, the Stewards imposed the penalty of a PLP with a 1 minute stop to be imposed during Practice 4.
Following an investigation and an admission by Car #88 Dean Fiore that the soft tyre identification light was not illuminated while running on soft tyres, the Stewards imposed the penalty of a PLP with a 1 minute stop to be imposed during Practice 4.
