Erebus Motorsport will have an extra incentive when the team tackles Mount Panorama for this weekend's Repco Bathurst 1000.

Shaw and Partners Financial Services, which is the naming rights backer for the Will Brown/Jack Perkins entry, is throwing down financial support to the team’s official charity partner.

The Shaw and Partners Foundation, which was established in 2015, has pledged up to $100,000 to Feel the Magic.

The Shaw and Partners Foundation will donate $25,000 for each Erebus car that makes the ARMOR ALL Top Ten Shootout, with an additional $25,000 per car that crosses the line inside the top 10 in Sunday's Great Race.

Erebus returned to the winners' circle in Sydney with Brown; Brodie Kostecki also reached the shootout at February's Repco Mt Panorama 500.

The Mountain is calling for an epic finale

Feel the Magic, an Australian non-profit who provide early intervention grief education programs for children aged seven to 17, has been the team's charity partner since 2018.

"At Shaw and Partners we are great believers in putting back into the community and we are always looking for opportunities to do so whilst having some fun," Shaw and Partners Co-Chief Executive Officer Earl Evans said.

"This is great motivation for the Erebus team, who are already striving for that Top Ten Shootout.

"We are so pleased to partner with both Erebus and Feel the Magic this weekend and look forward to, hopefully, proudly donating to Feel the Magic, who undertake such vital work in our society."

The Shaw and Partners Foundation will donate $25,000 for each Erebus Commodore that makes the Top Ten Shootout, with an additional $25,000 per car that crosses the line inside the top ten on Sunday.

Feel the Magic CEO Adam Blatch added: "We feel very privileged to be a charity partner with Erebus Motorsport and are so grateful for the support they provide to Feel the Magic and the grieving kids we serve.

"What the Shaw and Partners Foundation provides to charities is remarkable and we are very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the relationship between Erebus and Shaw and Partners at this year’s Bathurst 1000.

"With the form that Erebus has at the moment, the Bathurst 1000 is set to be a fantastic stage to finish off a tremendous year for them and it is truly amazing to be part of it."

Cars will hit the track on Thursday for Practice 1 at 10:00am AEDT. Click here to view the track schedule.

Every session of the event will be broadcast live on Foxtel (Fox Sports 503) and streamed on Kayo.

The Seven Network will provide live free to air coverage of the event. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
