V8 Supercars today announces iconic Australian brand Red Rooster as an Official Partner of the V8 Supercars Championship and new naming rights partner of the Sydney Motorsport Park SuperSprint.

The three-year agreement will see Red Rooster partner with V8 Supercars across all events, providing fans with its popular and delicious all-Australian brand of roast chicken.

Also, as part of the agreement, the Sydney Motorsport Park race will become known as the Red Rooster Sydney SuperSprint.

The partnership marks a milestone for Red Rooster as it rolls out its home delivery service across Australia, enabling people to have their favourite meal delivered to them whilst watching the V8 Supercars action uninterrupted.

V8 Supercars Managing Director Matt Braid said he was delighted to welcome an iconic Australian brand like Red Rooster to the growing sponsorship portfolio at V8 Supercars.

“We are excited to partner with Red Rooster recognise they are a perfect fit with our V8 Supercars brand," Braid said.

"Red Rooster is all about families, enjoyment and bringing people together and V8 Supercars is well known for welcoming generations of families to our events.

"Our fans are the backbone of our sport and we are always looking to provide them with a better event experience. Bringing a product the quality of Red Rooster to our events is another step in that direction and mutually beneficial for Red Rooster to showcase their products and services to the V8 Supercars audience.”

Red Rooster CEO Chris Green is equally excited about the partnership.

“It’s great to be getting back involved once again with the V8 Supercars. The V8 Supercars are a truly national sport with a great regional reach – very similar to Red Rooster. We can’t wait for supporters to enjoy Red Rooster at the track and more importantly at home with the launch of our Delivery service."

The partnership with Red Rooster will also see the V8 Supercars work with outlets around the country in a number of local initiatives, including driver appearances, consumer promotions and ticket giveaways.

Red Rooster is now delivering from over 170 restaurants nationwide with another 50 to come over the coming months. Orders can be placed online at their website www.redrooster.com.au/delivery.

The RED ROOSTER Sydney SuperSprint will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park from 26-28 August. Tickets to the event are on sale now and are available from ticketek.com.au. Children under 12 free with a paying adult.
