Tony D’Alberto Racing will compete at Winton Raceway with a special tribute to the family’s car dealership this weekend.

To celebrate 30 years of D’Alberto Motors, TDR’s Team HIFLEX Commodore VF will feature unique branding on the rear quarter panels of the #3 race car.

It is timely the team will compete with the tribute at the Winton V8 Supercars event, as all four of the dealerships are based within a few hundred kilometres of the rural circuit.

The Winton circuit is a ‘home’ race for Team HIFLEX and driver Tony D’Alberto, and the squad conducts all of its testing at the three-kilometre track.

The D’Alberto family established D’Alberto Holden in Kyabram, Victoria, in 1983, which has since grown into three Victorian dealerships based at Kyabram, Echuca and Cohuna, plus the New South Wales dealership at Deniliquin.

“I'm really proud of my father and his brothers, Ezio, Frank and Fernando for what they have achieved over the past 30 years – these milestone moments don't come around too often,” Tony D’Alberto said.

“I'm looking forward to putting on a good show at the Winton 360. It’s our home track – like all Victorian-based teams – and it's going to be ultra-competitive.

“I believe our HIFLEX Commodore will be on the money and I can’t wait to get onto the track.”

The event will be held between August 23-25, with practice on Friday (August 23), followed by qualifying and a race on Saturday and two more races on Sunday.

Tickets for the Winton 360 are available now.
