Two 15-minute qualifying sessions back to back today, with a 15-minute break. Tyres is today's big talking point – how will we see them managed?

Will we see Jamie Whincup on pole again?

Whincup's fastest – 56.3836sec – but then topped by D'Alberto with a 56.3057.

Bright on a quick first sector – and Ingall to second. Remember, Ingall with lose five grid positions after yesterday's Qualifying incident with David Wall.

Alex and Will Davison top two with times in the 55s. Followed by Lowndes, Reynolds, Bright.

And Winterbottom to the top with a 55.4977.

Alex Davison bumps Winterbottom by 0.0014sec! It's an FPR top four with just under six minutes in the session.

After the four FPR cars, it's Lowndes, Van Gisbergen, Bright, McLaughlin, Courtney, Tander.

And in the last couple of minutes Bright goes to the top - just 0.0047sec in front of Will Davison. Can Davison reclaim the Championship lead today?

Then we have Lowndes, Coulthard, Whincup, Alex Davison, Winterbottom, Courtney, Reynolds, Van Gisbergen. Moster 11, McLaughlin 12, Tander 17, Premat 28 – but with Ingall's penalty, he will start from dead last.

Lowndes had an issue with traffic that session - says that's the nature of a short track.

Whincup laughs, says drama "is me" after a couple of errors in the session. Had one less set of tyres to use today.

Moffat only used one set of green tyres in that run.

Holdsworth says you have to pick your moment to go out and go out with those on their fast laps so you don't get stuck in traffic.

Qualifying 12 has started. Premat still in garage, some sort of drama with the car.

Under investigation car 34 leaving pitlane without approval.

David Reynolds to the top with a 55.4889. Following are Alex Davison, Winterbottom, Pye, Mostert. 11 mins to go.

Winterbottom to the top, D'Alberto and Fiore also appear in the top 10.

Lowndes quickest with under eight mins to go. Followed by Winterbottom, McLaughlin, Van Gisbergen, Reynolds, Alex Davison, Coulthard, Will Davison, Bright, Courtney.

And we've got Whincup on pole, followed by Lowndes, Winterbottom, Coulthard, McLaughlin, Alex Davison, Reynolds, Van Gisvergen, Wall.
