Increased backing for Holdsworth this weekend

Walkinshaw Racing's Team 18 has announced Preston Hire as naming rights partner for this weekend's round of the V8 Supercars Championship, the Sydney Motorsport Park SuperSprint.

Preston Hire has featured prominently on the #18 Walkinshaw Racing entry since the beginning of the 2015 season, on the front and rear windscreen.

Increasing the exposure for the construction hire company's home race in Sydney will see the brand adorn the sides of Lee Holdsworth's Holden VF Commodore.

"We are very proud to highlight the Preston Hire brand this weekend," Team 18 owner Charlie Schwerkolt said.

"They have been a gold partner on the car throughout all events this year, and it is really exciting to have them step up to naming rights at Sydney Motorsport Park.

"Our partnership with Preston Hire is a really important one and we look forward to hosting many of their guests at the track over the weekend."

Group Managing Director of Preston Hire Markus Preston added: "This is a natural progression for Preston Hire as we build our relationship with Team 18."

The Preston Hire Commodore will be on track for the weekend's first practice sessions this Friday.
