Drivers have been without live Supercars action since July's WD-40 Townsville SuperSprint.

Over three months will have passed when drivers roll out for Friday practice at the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight on October 29.

With the three-month hiatus nearly over, Supercars.com takes a snapshot of how drivers have stayed fit over the break.

Andre Heimgartner

It’s been a busy break for Heimgartner, who last month announced last month he will move to

Brad Jones Racing for the 2022 season.

The 26-year-old recently shared his intense light reaction training session with long-term performance coach Josh Webb.

The video has received more than 183,000 likes since it was posted on August 5.

Will Brown

Erebus Motorsport driver Brown has clocked up some kilometres over the break, albeit on two wheels.

Will Davison

Shell V-Power Racing Team driver Davison is an avid cyclist and long-distance runner.

The 39-year-old has kept himself match-fit ahead of the Sydney quadruple-header, completing regular 15-kilometre runs and scenic bike rides around his Gold Coast base.

Davison was recently joined by Blanchard Racing Team driver Tim Slade; the pair regularly train with their local running group.

Brodie Kostecki and Anton De Pasquale

Erebus Motorsport driver Kostecki recently reconnected to his karting roots in Ipswich and was joined by Shell V-Power Racing Team driver De Pasquale.

The duo enjoyed a day karting at the Ipswich Kart Club last month.

Last week, Whincup announced he is

Zane Goddard

Goddard has been preparing himself for a busy end to the 2021 season; the 22-year-old has tested out his recovery routine in between tough gym sessions.

The Gold Coast-based driver recently announced he would be

Macauley Jones

Jones has remained active on social media across the break, sharing his inventive gardening tips using his pit bike.

The fitness enthusiast enjoys daily jogs in his hometown of Albury and recently visited the local kart track to stay sharp.

Jake Kostecki

Kostecki has made his return to competitive go-karting a family affair earlier this month; he was joined by brother Kurt and cousin Brodie.

The 21-year-old confirmed Monday he will shift to Tickford Racing for 2022, departing Matt Stone Racing after one full-time season with the team.

The Repco Supercars Championship will resume at Sydney Motorsport Park for the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight across October 29-31.

Tickets for all four events are on sale now.
