Crompo and Larko celebrate continued Hino partnership

Further increasing its longest-running national sponsorship, Hino Australia has today announced a three-year extension of its partnership with the Repco Supercars Championship from 2022-2025.

Hino credits the sponsorship, which commenced in 2016, as a key contributor to its recent marketplace success by increasing its brand exposure and engagement.

“Over the last five years, Hino launched new models across our range – the brand exposure generated from Supercars has positioned us perfectly to capitalise on the new products, as demonstrated in recent record-breaking months,” said Sam Suda, President and CEO for Hino Australia.

Extending the sponsorship was an easy decision for Hino and its dealers.

“The demographic of Supercars fans on TV and at the track aligns perfectly with our customers.

“There simply was no other option - Supercars provides us with the unique and tantalising combination of a national sponsorship with significant TV and branding opportunities plus the nationwide footprint delivers customers and dealers with unique trackside experiences.

“We are pleased that Supercars fans will continue to see fan favourite – and Hino Ambassador - Neil Crompton presenting the Hino Hub, with his statistical updates and race day information during the television broadcasts.”

Supercars CEO Sean Seamer said the category is extremely proud to have signed a new deal that is a mutually beneficial partnership.

“We’re thrilled Hino has partnered with Supercars through until at least 2025,” Seamer said.

“This commitment to continue the support of our category shows Hino Australia values our current relationship and the benefit it brings both parties.

“We look forward to working together again over the next three years.”

Supercars will return to racing over coming weeks with four more yet to be announced events before the most iconic motorsport event in Australia, the Repco Bathurst 1000, will run over six spectacular days at Mount Panorama as the final event of this year’s Repco Supercars Championship.

The motorsport extravaganza will feature six-days of on-track entertainment and racing from Tuesday the 30th of November through until the Great Race on Sunday the 5th of December.
